Tomato Sauce

A very simple tomato sauce ideal for pasta based dishes. Once done put in into a container and keep in your fridge for easy use next time. It should last a couple weeks. Cooking Tips: Once comfortable with cooking the sauce you could add mushrooms or add some chilli for an extra kick. Cook Time:

Cooking Ingredients: 2 tbsp Olive Oil
400g Chopped Tomatoes
1 Garlic Clove, pureed
2 tbsp chopped basil
Pinch of sugar.
Salt and pepper
Cooking Method: 1) Into a suacepan add the oil, garlic, sugar, chopped tomatoes and basil.
2) Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
3) season to taste and Serve.
