Cooking Ingredients: Joint of pork
Cooking Method: Most pork joints that are bought from your local supermarkets have already sliced the skin.
Turn the oven to 195 Degrees celcius my oven is fan assisted.
Place your joint on a roasting rack and pour boiling hot water over the joint so the skin tightens up and then place the rack into a roasting tin and put it straight into the oven for the amount of time necessary.
