Poached Eggs

For me this is the best way to have egg on toast as its poached in water without the need for any cooking fats that you would use in scrambled or fried egg. Cooking Tips:
Cook Time:
|
Cooking Ingredients: 1 Egg
1 tbsp White wine vinegar
Cooking Method: 1) Fill 3/4 of a non stick saucepan with water and add white wine vinegar and turn the heat up to a rolling bubble (a touch less than simmering water).
2) Gently crack your egg and pour into the water and leave and you see it start to cook for about 3-4 minutes and it should start to come away from the bottm of the pan.
3) With a slotted spoon gently lift the egg out of the water and prod the egg with your finger and it should have a nice wobble to it. If not place it back in the pan for another few seconds.
4) Once done season with some salt and pepper and serve.
