Sweetcorn and Bacon Chowder

I love sweetcorn so i will give this a thumbs up, it is very easy to do and agin like the other soups here if you double up the cooking ingredients it can be had the next day. This will probably take about 20 minutes and its worth it for this lovely bacon and sweetcorn soup. Cooking Tips:
Serves: Cook Time:20 mins

Cooking Ingredients: 200g Sweetcorn
3 rashers bacon chopped
200ml milk
200ml chicken or vegetable stock
3 Potatoes chopped into cubes
Cooking Method: 1) Fry bacon in a frying pan in a little oil until just crispy, however i used the saucepan.
2) In a saucepan add stock and milk and bring to a rolling bubble, not boil and add the potatoes.

3) Once potatoes are soft, take of the heat and using a hand blender blitz it up, if you dont want to blitz it you dont have too.
4) Now return to heat and add the cooked bacon and sweetcorn and simmer for a further 5 minutes and serve your bacon and sweetcorn soup.
