Leek and Potato Soup

This is a very simple and easy soup to do. It takes about 20 minutes and tastes great.
There are no artificial colourings or additives, 100% natural. Quite often i will cook enough for 2 / 3 days so all that is needed is to warm the leek and potato soup up up when you want it. Cooking Tips:

Cooking Ingredients: 3 Leeks chopped
about 5 Potatoes - peeled and diced roughly
Chicken Stock Or Vegetable 1 pint
1 glass of White wine - optional
Cooking Method: 1) On a low/medium heat and your leeks to the saucepan for about 5 minutes
2) **optional** Now add white wine and leave for a further 5 - 10 minutes
3) Now add the stock and potatoes and boil for about 5 minutes, reduce heat to a rolling bubble and season to taste and leave for a further 20 minutes
4) Take the soup of the heat, if you have a hand blender then wait for it to cool slightly and blitz to a fine runny texture. If the soup appears too thick then add some more stock until you are happy with the consistancy.
