Cooking Instructions:
1. To make the salsa, toss the tomatoes, spring onions, coriander, lime and
seasoning in a bowl to combine. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the turkey breast for 4-5 minutes on
each side, or until cooked through, adding the lime wedges and sugar half-way
through cooking, to caramelise.
3. To serve, spoon the salsa on a serving plate and serve the turkey alongside.
Serve the caramelised lime wedges alongside.
