Cooking Ingredients: 200g/7Ľoz risotto rice
1 small handful of basil, chopped
55g/2oz romero red pepper, diced
1 handful baby spinach, shredded
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Method: 1. Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
2. Stir in the basil, the diced pepper and the shredded spinach.
3. Season to taste before serving.
