Pork Loin With Tarragon And Orange Sauce

A nice alternatice to gravy, this has a nice flavour with sweetness of the orange. Cooking Tips:

Cooking Ingredients: Pork Loin
250ml Chicken Stock
1 Garlic Clove, Pureed
Juice of 1 Orange
2 tbsp Chopped Tarragon
Cooking Method: 1) Put Pork Loin in frying pan on a medium heat, after 2 minutes pour in stock, garlic and tarragon and orange and cook for 10-15 minutes until pork loin is cooked. Transfer loin to the plate and turn the heat up and reduce sauce until thickened.
