Rack Of Lamb With Mustard

Very simple to do that will impress those whom you feed. Cooking Tips:
Serves: Cook Time:25 mins

Cooking Ingredients: Rack of Lamb
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves
about 4 slices of bread
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped rosemary
salt and pepper
Cooking Method: 1) In a hand blender/processor mix bread, dijon mustard,garlic into a pliable wet mixture.
2) Pat the rack of lamb dry and then pat the mixture onto the back of the rack of lamb.
3) Place into the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
4) Transfer to a plate and slice between the bones into chops and serve.
Ideal to server with some new potatoes.
