Rice Pudding With Toasted Honey Plums

Its been a long while since I have eaten rice pudding simply because I was not much of a fan when I was younger. I can say its back on my menu now! Cooking Tips:
Serves:3 Cook Time:40 minutes

Cooking Ingredients: 50g Rice Pudding
450ml Milk
150ml Double Cream
2 Drops of vanilla essence
4 Plums, halved
Honey
25g Caster Sugar
Cooking Method: 1) put rice into a sieve and pour boiling hot water over it to clean the rice and then put into a sauce pan. Now add the milk and cream and vanilla and bring to a gentle boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Now add sugar and cook for a further 10 minutes.
2) Just before you add the suger, rub some butter onto a baking tray place the plums skin side up and pour some honey on top of the plums and grill for 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to let them burn.
3) everything should all come together at the right time so server and enjoy.
