Cooking Instructions:
1. Place the chocolate into a bowl set over a pan of simmering water and allow
to melt.
2. Remove from the heat and whisk in the egg yolk.
3. In a separate clean bowl, whisk the egg whites to form soft peaks.
4. Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
5. Spoon the chocolate mixture into two espresso cups and refrigerate until
required.
6. When serving, drizzle with cream and dust with cocoa powder.
